Core Principles

Core Principles is a consultancy package that is designed to educate and/or improve your organisations knowledge of what culture is, identify where the company CQ (Culture Intellegence) level is and to build a platform for real positive change. 

You can’t monitor what you can’t measure, so our Core Cultural Analysis will provide the starting point.  This will allow you to understand the organisations strengths and create an awareness of areas that require improvement. It’s always interesting to see these outcomes and recommendations.

Core Cultural Analysis is followed by the development of a Cultural Strategy. It’s important to develop your Vision and Values, then begin to define your route towards ultimate success.

Your leaders will take your team on this journey. It’s essential that they receive the support they need to understand themselves and begin their new personal story of success and growth. This happens within the leadership analysis prior to  completion of this programme.

Core Leadership

Core Leadership uses all the elements of Core Principles and builds upon it using our Impact Success Model. 

This consultancy package puts a positive  emphasis on the management team to support their own learning and development. The leaders discussion provides an open platform to consider many areas of the workplace and positive steps that can be made.

Management roles require many hats and this programme will equip your team to successfully  wear them. 

We emphasise some key areas such as  being the mentor, open communication, positive mindset and driving motivation.

Consistency is key and that must come from within the leadership team. When a positive, consistent and inclusive message is delivered, success will follow.

Core Success

Like the previous two Programmes, Core Success will use the Impact Success Model to build upon all the elements provided through Core Principles and Leadership.

This Programme offers unique one on one Executive Coaching for senior and middle managers. With a focus on personal success the organisation will continue to benefit and grow.

Core Success compounds the previous successes by on-boarding the informal leaders to become Cultural Ambassadors. The Cultural Ambassador Workshop provides an opportunity to improve communication and buy-in throughout the organisation.  Cultural Ambassadors will facilitate consistency and leadership, playing an integral role in anchoring real change in the organisation.

We will work within Core Success to ensure that your team know how to be effective mentees and take responsibility for their own development with the support of their line managers.
