Our story
Core Impact was born out of the love of working with people and watching them excel. We have a combined 24 years management experience in leading multi award winning teams and a track record of year on year profit increases. Our unique leadership approach has been the foundation of success that can be brought to any organisation.
Our coaches Seán and John Paul worked in the same management team for most of their careers. Throughout this time they have forged an excellent relationship built on knowledge, experience and positive mindset. They have developed proven systems and processes built upon their Impact Success Model, to deliver positive outputs. This has been evidenced by the success of the individuals and businesses they have worked with.

Our Team
John Paul Taggart
I have 10 years management experience within the hospitality, entertainment and leisure industries. Within that time I came realise I was passionate about developing people and guiding them to achieve personal and professional goals.
Since starting Core Impact that passion has continued to grow and I now work with many more people and businesses to achieve great things.
I have an energetic and collaborative coaching style and my aim is to add as much value as possible to every person I work with.
Seán Grant
I’ve been in management for 14 years within the hospitality, entertainment and leisure industry. My main focus in this time was working with and developing people!
I now focus on what I enjoy most, using my coaching and development skills to support people and businesses to meet their potential. There’s nothing more rewarding than being part of a new beginning, a new project or an improving team, giving them what they need to fulfill their potential!
